Complaints.uchicago.edu is a service provided by Student Government that asks you to submit your grievances about issues concerning any aspect of student life: dining, transportation, healthcare, career services, student activities, student government, etc. Dedicated Student Government personnel will review your submissions and use them constructively as we navigate the administration to produce the best possible outcomes for students. If you choose not to submit your complaint anonymously, we may follow up with you on your submission.
In addition to our Complaints service, there are prebuilt complaint mechanisms for Transportation, Facilities, Dining, IT Services, and the Library. You may wish to utilize these services as well.
